M\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las cifras, los titulares y las estad\u00edsticas que cada a\u00f1o marcan esta fecha, quisimos poner el foco donde siempre lo ponemos: <strong>en las personas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"468\" data-end=\"543\">Y lo hicimos alrededor de una mesa, compartiendo una cal\u00e7otada comunitaria.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"545\" data-end=\"576\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f98767;\">Un espacio para encontrarnos<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"893\">Personas con c\u00e1ncer, familiares, cuidadores y profesionales del centro nos reunimos para compartir una comida sencilla, pero cargada de significado. <strong>Los cal\u00e7ots, cultivados en nuestro huerto dentro del proyecto de horticultura social,<\/strong> fueron los protagonistas de una ma\u00f1ana de conversaci\u00f3n, complicidad y comunidad.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"895\" data-end=\"1247\">Trabajar el huerto es conectar con la naturaleza, respetar los tiempos y cuidar el proceso. Es una actividad que nos ayuda a vivir el presente y que fomenta el v\u00ednculo con otras personas. En el contexto del c\u00e1ncer, donde a menudo aparecen la incertidumbre y el aislamiento, estos espacios compartidos se convierten en una forma real de apoyo emocional.<\/p>\n<h4><strong><span style=\"color: #f98767;\">La horticultura social como herramienta de bienestar<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1488\">El <strong>proyecto de horticultura social de K\u0101lida<\/strong> nace con la voluntad de crear espacios de participaci\u00f3n activa. Espacios donde el contacto con la tierra y el trabajo colectivo ayudan a:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<li data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1554\">\n<p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1554\">Reducir el aislamiento que a menudo acompa\u00f1a a la enfermedad<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1592\">\n<p data-start=\"1557\" data-end=\"1592\">Favorecer las relaciones sociales<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1593\" data-end=\"1627\">\n<p data-start=\"1595\" data-end=\"1627\">Mejorar el bienestar emocional<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1679\">\n<p data-start=\"1630\" data-end=\"1679\">Recuperar la sensaci\u00f3n de capacidad y autonom\u00eda<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1865\">Los cal\u00e7ots que compartimos simbolizan precisamente eso: tiempo, proceso y trabajo colectivo. Valores que tambi\u00e9n forman parte del camino oncol\u00f3gico y del apoyo que ofrecemos cada d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1867\" data-end=\"1922\"><strong><span style=\"color: #f98767;\">Poniendo a las personas en el centro, hoy y cada d\u00eda<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p data-start=\"1924\" data-end=\"2238\">En K\u0101lida ofrecemos <strong>acompa\u00f1amiento psicosocial integral, gratuito y sin necesidad de cita previa,<\/strong> en espacios acogedores situados junto a hospitales p\u00fablicos de referencia.
