La actividad se desarrolla en las instalaciones y\/o jardines del Centro K\u0101lida. Actividad dirigida a personas con c\u00e1ncer y coordinada por un t\u00e9cnico titulado en Pilates. <strong>En colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fundaci\u00f3 Claror.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"color: #f98767;\"><strong>Beneficios\/ Objetivos<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Promover el bienestar f\u00edsico y mental.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Mejorar la salud cardiovascular y la fuerza m\u00fasculo-esquel\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Mejora de la flexibilidad, elasticidad y coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Prevenci\u00f3n frente al riesgo de desarrollar otras patolog\u00edas y estimulaci\u00f3n de la inmunidad.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Disminuci\u00f3n en los niveles de: ansiedad, estr\u00e9s y depresi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Favorece una mejora en la calidad de vida y el estado an\u00edmico.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Un espacio para compartir
